Refund Policy

Love Is My Thang reviews refund requests involving damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or undelivered products.

Eligible Refund Requests

A refund or replacement may be approved when:

  • A product arrives damaged

  • A product contains a manufacturing or printing defect

  • The customer receives the wrong product

  • The product received materially differs from the confirmed order

  • A shipment is confirmed lost in transit

Problems with delivered products must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Photographs or other supporting information may be required to evaluate the claim.

Nonrefundable Orders

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, quantity, or product

  • Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind

  • Personal preference regarding fit, color variation, or style

  • Normal variations between screen colors and the physical product

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • Damage caused after delivery through use, washing, improper care, or alteration

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order enters production, it generally cannot be canceled or refunded because the item is being made specifically for that order.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider and may require several business days after the refund is issued.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost product.

Replacements

For an eligible claim, Love Is My Thang may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost.
