Most Love Is My Thang products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because these products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or product

• Changing your mind after purchase

• Buyer’s remorse

• Personal preference regarding fit or style

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address submitted during checkout

Please review product descriptions, color options, and size charts carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, has a printing error, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the entire product

• Close-up photographs showing the damage, defect, or printing error

• A photograph of the shipping package or label when relevant

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or customer preference because every item is made to order. If an incorrect or defective product was sent, contact us so the issue can be reviewed under the damaged or incorrect product process.

Before Returning Anything

Do not mail a product back without contacting us first. Products returned without authorization may not qualify for replacement or refund. In many approved damage or defect cases, a physical return will not be required.
